*Under Chapter 13 a portion of the fee is paid under the plan. Only $1500.00 is paid as an "up front" attorney fee.

Debt Counseling Fees (Pre-filing and Post-filing):
Pre-filing Counseling and Pre-Discharge Education:
$95.00 per single petition
$110.00 per joint petition
Court filing fees and debt counseling fees are to be paid up-front with attorney fees. Such fees shall be placed into the Law Firm's Client Trust Account, pending the filing of the case.
